This is a deep navy blue jacket from Gina Bacconi in size UK 14.  The jacket is not lined and has a silver zip up the front.  It has long sleeves and a deep V neckline with two pleats front and back near the hem giving it almost a peplum shape.  In excellent preloved condition, please see photos for measurements.
